Makes Portion Control So Much Easier

I bought this item on impulse when I was putting together another order, when a picture of it popped up on my screen. I have found that I really like it. I haven’t had bariatric surgery, but am working at maintaining a 140 pound weight loss. I’m very careful what I eat and how much. This bowl means I don’t have to drag out various sizes of measuring cups for each meal. I’m thinking of purchasing another one, so I don’t have to keep washing the same bowl over and over.
