Easy to use!

I really liked these, they were super simple to remember to put on after showering. I only subtracted a star because unfortunately, I think it's vitamin d in general, I was super nauseated for hours after apllying them each time. Because it was an extended release kind of thing, you don't really get over it until it's basically time to remove.
