I’ve purchased from them several times. The trotters are fresh and have a good amount of meat on them. I have Southern roots & a pig’s feet dish is a part of our holiday meals & heritage. I’m so glad to have found a supplier so that I can make these for my family.

Stillman was very easy to work with, I specified a local pick up location at a farmers market that had not started yet, and they called within 5 minutes of placing the order to reschedule the delivery. I asked for the trotters to be sawn lengthwise, which they were happy to do. Made some excellent Tonkotsu with them, very pleased, I will be buying here again.
