Tasty jellied stock
Bones were fresh, in spite of being thawed upon arrival. But, it was middle of summer and the ice packs still had some frozen ice in them. Smelled fresh still, and made a delicious stock! First thing I made with the stock is soup. When weather cools off, I'll be making south Texas chili (thick, no beans or whole kernel corn). Froze the rest. I've no doubt that the ones I froze will be just as good.
