Marsalato is the bomb
Okay, I ordered Marsalato seeds last year to try them out. I'm not a tomato genius, but I've been growing heirloom tomatoes for many years. I live in Western Oregon, in the Willamette Valley, near the town of Canby. The Marsalato tomatoes were the absolute stars of my garden last year. They were prolific, and resistent disease. I kept getting beautiful tomatoes until the end of the season. These tomatoes are fantastic for slicing to eat, but they are also equally great for preserving. Chop them in quarters, freeze, vacuum seal, and you have the best cooking tomatoes ever. This variety is the cornerstone of my garden this year.

Best tomato ever
This is the best tomato I have ever grown, bar none. It's a big, robust plant in my central Florida spring garden. The fruits are good-sized and absolutely delicious. I will never grow any other tomato.

Firm tomato with good yield
This tomato bush was very productive in my moderately sunny garden in Seattle. They are ok for eating fresh and very good for sauce. However, I was looking for a more juicy tomato.
