Good results
I had great germination and decent sized shallots by summer. Last season was my first time trying shallots from seed, and they were a lot easier than I thought. They just didn’t store very long, but that may also be because I’m new to curing them. A few that got left behind lasted through the winter-I’m in zone 7a, and we got down to single digits for a week. I’ve bought these again to grow this year!

Have not been in the ground yet
I’ve got seedling. Great germination but it’s going to be a while until they get in the ground outside.

So far, really great!
It's early days yet, but I germinated 23 out of the 24 cells I planted with these seeds. AND, some of them have more than 1 seedling, so I count these as a major success! I will update again (if I can) at the end of the growing season to share how they do.
