Bayo Beans
I’ve used these to make Charro Beans. It’s a recipe that is from Rick Bayless. The flavor and creaminess of these beans make for a very tasty and comforting dish in winter. I’ve tried the recipe with other types of beans, but these work the best. I definitely recommend these for their flavor and texture.
