They are a little tight to my leg but not uncomfortable tight. If you want them a little looser go a size up.

Toasty at -20F.
I really like the super down LT pant. I used them under my snowmobile bibs when the wind chill was -20F to snowblow the driveway. I was toasty. However, this configuration was too hot for temps around 0F. I switched to just the bibs for those weather conditions.
