Had to return the 36’s and exchange for 34’s-so if you are on the lighter side I’d recommend getting the smaller waist. Overall excellent fit and craftsmanship, so far held up well in the field and sharp enough for socializing. Headed to Alaska for the true test! Would recommend.

Was able to get a different size through an exchange. The fit was perfect! Used them on a three day camping trip to Yellowstone and they performed great.

So, I bought these pants because first lite discontinued the corrugate guide series. I ordered 30x30 and noticed the waist felt a little larger than what I'm accustomed to. They got put to the test on their first use as I wore them when I went to Africa in May of this year. I will say they are definitely not rated for Africa in my opinion. From a single hunt day, there are now 2 spots on the pants where the threads got ripped out going through brush. Other than the walnut color and comfortability of wear, I don't think these pants live up to the proverbial hype of a 5-star review. Maybe Africa wasn't the best place to test them out on their first venture, but I bought them to hunt and now I'm not so sure the integrity is there.
