I used them for the hars conditions of two challenging trecks, the ascent of Mount Kilimajaro and the Everest Base Camp. They were wonderfull. They keep you warm and you can unzip part of the legs if it getting too warm. It is now my third pair. And of course, we use them also for late fall hunting in northern Canada

Very warm and comfortable. Wore them fishing in 22 degree temps. Never got cold. On the water for 6 hours. Wish I could say the same for my toes.

Excellent down pant, with an outer layer that offers more protection to abrasion than what I was expecting.
