Perfect Budget Friendly Jacket
Super warm in cold conditions. Runs a little tight. All in all super satisfied I wear it as much as I do the Mountain Pro Hooded Jacket which is my favorite. My second favorite Jacket for cold morning layers real nice under the Mountain Pro Hooded Jacket.

Versatile and Packable
This is perhaps one of my favorite pieces. In the Texas Panhandle, the temperature can change fast. Mornings can start in the low 30s but end up in the 70s around lunch before dropping into the 50s during the last hour of daylight. This jacket is durable and stands up great against mesquite and cactus thorns. It's lightweight and lives in my pack from October to March 1 when our MLD season ends. I can layer under it, or on top of it if I need to, and the pit-zips are great to dump heat before or during a climb.
