Unbelievable

Incredible coat. I didn't know what I was missing until I put this jacket to use. Its literally like a sleeping bag for your upper body with no weight at all. The best attribute might be its ability to block any and all wind as well. This coat will be thrown in my pack for every hunt going forward!

Incomplete review (Haven’t hunted with it yet)

I have not tried this yet bc I have not gone on a western hunt since I bought it. It is extremely lightweight. Even lighter than I thought. That’s a positive. It does not seem like you could walk with it in the backcountry without ripping it. I would say it’s perfect for sitting and glassing or at camp. That’s why I wouldn’t give it a 5 star. If you used it at a midlayer (I think that’s its best purpose) you might get away with walking with it on.
