If you wear reading glasses you need these
If you want to get serious about your sleep and you are of a certain age, you'll need two pairs. One to walk around in and one to read with. It has paid dividends for me. You're worth it...

I needed these years ago.. thankful I have them now
I've looked at other trusted blue blocking companies and BlockBlueLight beats them all. Prices are lower and they offer much more; prescription glasses, readers, and another option of night time glasses letting in a little more green light for when you are out on the town and don't want to get drowsy. And you can send your favorite frames to be fitted with any lens they offer. I love it that my 11 and 13 year old kids are protecting their eyes (one for day and one for night) when they look at a screen, and they look good wearing the adult glasses. At first I didn't see a difference between the sundowns and the nightfalls, but now that I've been wearing them both there appears to be a subtle difference, like between a deep pumpkin and a bright pumpkin color. There is a bigger difference scientifically, that I don't see, and that extra green light in the sundown glasses allows me to stay up later when I need to. My favorites are the Wraps, the Eltons and the Wayfarers.

Can get a little hot
The wrap around style traps heat, makes my eye area a little sweaty sometimes. Otherwise, they work awesome for watching netflix at bedtime. You wont mess up your sleep!
