Comfortable Fit

These are a comfortable fitting set of glasses that I try to be disciplined about wearing in the evenings if I’m looking at my phone or a TV screen. It’s amazing how much blue light exposure there is besides screens, too (based on how many things change to an orange color with these lenses). I do notice a difference in the ease of falling asleep when I’ve been wearing the glasses in the evenings versus when I don’t. It takes some getting used to, though, to have the color of everything changed. I feel like it makes me sleepier when I’m wearing them.
