Big fan. Wide enough that they fit comfortably on my head, sometimes I find glasses are just slightly too small for me. The lenses are instantly pleasant on the eyes. Mellow me right out! Highly recommend

When I don’t we’re these I will sit in bed scrolling until midnight. When I have these on within a 1/2 hour I’m yawning and ready to sleep. They really work!
