Grass Fed Beef Ribeye Steak

Received my order for my families Christmas party. before cooking the meats looked great but after everyone noticed the meat was very hard to chew and not tender at all. unfortunately I was looking forward to ordering more from you guys as to it being better than store bought, but not sure why the steaks came out like this.

I will be eating this for breakfast tomorrow

For the most part they have been delicious, but a couple have been really tough.
