I didn’t know what to expect the first time I ordered. This bacon is our favorite item so far after several variety orders. The pieces are large & tender, not thin & crispy if that’s what you’re looking for, and are great for replacing pork. (No, I’m not against pork. I’m on a blood type diet and bison is the meat of choice!)
