No.16 Double-Handled Cast Iron Skillet

Nice skillet

I’ve been kind of a snoo with cast iron. My favorites have always been griswold cast iron I’ve gotten at flea markets. I now like the Field skillet just as much! I can tell that the interior has been machined, but the performance is just as good as the Griswolds. My favorite thing to make in this skillet so far is pizza. It makes a nice size, and the crust is always crispy

Like an indoor blackstone for 2 people

I love this large pan. Two handles are great since it’s large. I can do 4 burgers, 6 pancakes or 4 large slice grilled sandwiches. It’s large enough for fajitas and no worry about anything sliding off the side. It’s several months old and seasoning up nicely.
