Helps in low carb baking

This is my second bottle of this flavor. I think it helps my baked goods have a more wheat flavor taste I am giving it one less star because of the almost impossible bottle to open! Idon’t have this problem with extracts from Lorann or the Olive Nation brands. I would prefer a screw top bottle!!!

great flavor i use this to make my keto mug cake and it gives it that gluten taste without any gluten. Love it, I recommend for gluten free baked goods or low carb bread recipes
