If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My first package arrived with a broken tray. Due to the delivery company mishandling the box. Kreative Cutters was prompt with sending me a tray replacement. It was delivered today in perfect condition. I appreciate their awesome customer service!! I can’t wait to purchase again. The cutter is an amazing shape and size. I can’t wait to test out different flavor/stuffing combinations.

Outline not staying smooth

I really wanted this cutter to work because the design is beautiful. However, the second embossing piece doesn’t create a clean outline. Every time I press it into the dough, the dough pushes outward instead of leaving the raised detail, so the finished design loses its definition. I’ve tried multiple batches with chilled dough and different amounts of pressure, but I keep getting the same result. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to achieve the crisp look shown in the product photos.
