Not satisfied with delivery

I was charged $7.99 for two small ice packs. I assumed during delivery that the packs would stay cold and be of appropriate size for the two 5 pound bags of Mercken’s. Not only were the ice packs warm upon opening the box but the chocolate had starting melting. Before anyone says anything I brought the box into the house seconds after delivery. When the chocolate cools to room temperature I will have several small blocks of chocolate that might make melting a bit difficult or may not taste fresh.
