I don't do a lot if any baking anymore but when I want a good nutritious chocolate I choose Pascha 85%. I eat a handful and I'm satisfied and I know it's good for me.

as a lover of dark chocolate, i like how bitter these are. definitely non traditional but that's what makes it good. best used as a companion to very sweet cookies or in a hot cocoa
