I've had bands and a bar with home made platform for about 8 months and wanted to go next level. I looked at all of the big brands and found Clench to be best value for the money as well as very well made. I am using the gear about three times evey week and getting great workouts. If you’re looking to maximize strength and mass you have to go heavy. The footplate is a necessity for this and is a whole new experience using bands. I’m utilizing it for super sets( pictured floor press with split squats) and it definitely gets the job done. The bar is superb, and is well worth the investment simply due to the stability and smoothness its adds.
