The anchor is working well. I use some dumbbells along with it. They are necessary to keep the device from lifting at the front.

The suction cups work great on a wood floor, but I have carpet in my living room. And I really wanted to use the device when I was watching TV and I'm very happy with the accessory that allows me to do that. Highly recommended.
