NordBench Band System

I like the quality of the product however, the picture doesn’t really show what you actually get. I was hoping to get the handles that are shown in the picture however I got ones that were made out of cloth and rubber instead also, I wish that they had more resistance or a choice to buy more resistance bands to go with a set what comes with a set are good for someone just starting out but you’ll need more resistance as you progress in that chance to buy more bands would be nice. Because of the issue of the handles, I’m gonna have to try to purchase the metal ones because I have large hands and wrist and it makes it uncomfortable for me to work out with these handgrip’s that we’re given. That being said the company has always been great beyond great for customer service and you can’t go wrong with other products that they sell.

Versatile, powerful, compact

I bought this thinking I could use it to strengthen my wonky back. I've done very few back extensions, and instead have turned to it for leg extensions, nordic curls, dips, and a host of other exercises. It's not a perfect machine, but it gives me so many different movements in one compact footprint, and it was covered via FSA thanks to the TrueMed integration they have for payment. Highly recommend.
