Once assembled, the product feels solid. The Nordic Curl exercise is incredibly tough, and you need to progress towards the steeper and flat-angled full Nordic Curl. My hamstrings were sore for 3-4 days even though I exercise regularly, but I knew my hamstrings were lacking in strength, which is why I made the purchase. The assembly and setup process could be improved. In my opinion, the instruction booklet and assembly video don’t have the continuity regarding the overall process as I think they should. The assembly instruction booklet could be more descriptive. Make sure you have a socket set and wrench handy because the package does not use an Allen wrench style of bolt head, and those tools are not included. The pads are comfortable and seem durable. The adjustable degree setting seems to get a little stuck at times but then pops out after a good tug. Don’t leave this outside where humidity and moisture can build up from the atmosphere because rust will quickly form. The dip handles feel solid. The only other critique of the device is that I feel a slight wobble when using it. This is talked about in the assembly video. The assembly video says this is the new and improved NordBench Pro, but there are several aspects that are different than mine. I’m not saying that the differences are wrong or bad; they’re just different.

Pretty close to perfect

This fits perfectly in my limited space. It stores well and opens up to be such a versatile tool in my workout routine. Craftsmanship is excellent. Seems to be very sturdy so far. Love it.

Actually this is the only price of equipment you need

The first time I saw this, I was interested. The back extension and sit-ups appealed me. Was gonna buy it because there is a piece of equipment at the gym I use for these exercises. After purchasing I found out I can get a total workout in on the nordbench pro. I have bought the complete band system now the exercises are endless exercises legs, core, upper body, arms, and back. My wife is now using it as well to strength train. I LOVE THIS!!!
