Back and Core BOSS!!!
This thing is super well built and very stable. I’m over 200 lbs and upper body heavy. I am completely comfortable with the stability of the Nordbench while doing front and reverse back extensions.

NordBench Pro
I am super excited about my NordBench Pro! I spend time on it everyday and keep learning new exercises that it helps me do. I was also very pleased with the customer service experience I had with the company. There was some kind of delay in the shipping and when I asked about it, I received a timely response and assurance it would be resolved within a certain timeframe - and it was!!

Best equipment ever?!
Hands down one of my favorite pieces of gym equipment in my garage. The fact that I can do so many exercises with one piece of equipment, and save so much space, is why I will always give this a 5 star review. The attachment for leg extensions saves me even more space, and my lower back has never felt better since doing back extensions!
