I'm going to buy this one again. It is insanely delicious and a high amount of protein for a low amount of calories. Highly recommend

I really enjoy the Twin Peaks brand of Protein Puffs. So far, my two favorite flavors are the Nacho Cheese and the Mesquite BBQ. I thought I would like the Garlic Parmesan flavor better but I didn't. It's very strong with the garlic part of the flavor and very weak on the parmesan part of the flavor. I would probably like it better if they reversed that flavor ratio. I think this particular flavor would work better if you used them to replace croutons in a salad but I find this flavor too strong in a overpowering way to enjoy eating it by itself so I won't be buying more of the Garlic Parmesan flavor. The Sour Cream & Onion flavor I also thought I would enjoy more but I did not because it was just way too bland! I usually enjoy Sour Cream & Onion as a flavor but this one didn't do it for me. I will get some of the Sour Cream & Onion flavor again in the future but just as something a little different now and then. I have not tried the Jalapeno flavor because I don't like spicy foods flavors. Most are too hot for me to enjoy or recommend.
