I usually use ideal no calorie sweetener but can’t get it now . So I’m try this NOW Xylitol . And it’s ok but not the same as Ideal

Great for baking purposes
I use it in my blueberry bran muffins. No strange aftertaste, blends in well. I measure it the same as cane sugar by weight or measuring cup. Equal sweetness. I’ve tried sprinkling it on fresh strawberries, seems like my taste buds don’t register the sweet. I have not tried in hot drinks.
