Just ok

The texture was off , I immediately looked at ingredients and saw the xanthan gum. To much is being used I could detect that slime texture that happens when to much is used. I make a delicious sugar free ketchup each summer from my tomatoes I grow. But it’s always nice to have a commercial product on hand for traveling etc. This would do in a pinch. But I have had better.
