I love these noodles. Always stocking up! I do keto and they are the perfect replacement for me. If you always liked noodles softer when cooked then the texture will work for you.

Great for Asian style dishes!

I make noodle bowls with a protein and assorted veggies, mix in a sauce of soy, sesame, rice wine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Top it on the prepared as directed noodles and it’s delicious. Very similar to rice noodles, chewy texture and satisfying. My husband and I share one package and it’s just right.
