Great no-corn corn muffin mix!

I love this mix! Makes delicious muffins. I like to make mini-muffins from it. Even less calories/fat/carbs, though regular sized muffins from this list are low in all categories anyway. I also like to add a couple of blueberries or raspberries to each one. But truthfully this mix is great as is. Love it!
