I love soup and this is great - just so long as you soak it first it cooks perfectly.

Makes a lot of soup and I’m enjoying it. I made it with chicken and some spices along with small amount of chopped tomatoes. It’s very hardy. You can use just the right amount and save the rest for a later date. The soup freezes well.
