Nice flaked coconut

These coconut flakes are the right size for cookies, bakin bits, candies, and stuff. No sugar. They took on the flavors of the dish i was preparing. They added volume and texture. Coconut is not easily dissolved in water so these flakes take longer to chew. That’s a good thing sometimes. Definitely a good product.

I bought these flakes because they are sugar free and I'm diabetic. I can't find most items at my local store so I'm so happy that I now have a place to get those items and Bob's Red Mill has the best quality in there products.
