Did nothing for me.

This did not do anything to help at all. Very disappointed having wasted my money.

I'm not totally convinced yet on how effective this product is. I haven't used it long enough. I use it only when we go out and I'm eating carbs especially starches because I eat low carb and Keto. Weekends are my worse times. One weekend I gained 2 lbs. and another just one lb. I follow directions to the letter because I really want this to work. I'll finish the bottle and then decide if I want to order more or not.

These help appetite suppressment.
