Good bar. Taste was good but seemed like a normal granola bar. Not bad at all, just not crazy special.

Perfect Long Run Fuel!!

I eat one of these before each of my long runs, and they help me start on a good note, and introduce carbs into my runs beforehand that I can then build on with gels during the run. And the taste is great, too!

Love grabbing these to snack on to get some more carbs, pre race as a top up, or just for fun. Taste great, and good consistency. Purchased many times and will continue.
