FIRST CAST Light 4wt / 7ft – Travel Fly Rod

I use the 7' rod for all my fishing. Predominantly small creeks and rivers and lakes in Colorado. I tell everyone I can about the benefits of this rod setup. Especially being able to telescope it down while walking through thick willows. I think I have sold about 10 of them. Hahahaha.

Perfect backpacker rod! I am dropping so many more flies along the trail than I ever would without the ease of this dope rod. From 10 minutes to assemble my tackle to 30 seconds. You gotta be kidding me. Game changer. I am gonna miss my old faithful 9ft sage rod, because I am probably never going to use it again.

Nicely made rig. Super compact for hiking. Still getting used to how it casts, but the convenience and small size will make it worth the time.
