Customer service is top notch. Had an issue with my original mattress and they warrantied it. Not many companies stand up to their warranty but these guys do and that’s why I recommend them to anyone

Spent 1 night in my haven xl at Worthington state park in north west nj. I love everything about this tent. Its really easy and quick to set up and take down. Its absolutely the most comfortable hammock tent I've slept in. The air mattress is awesome.

Absolutely great!
I was amazed of feeling exactly as decribed by Derek in his presentation video, like in your bed at home!
Specter matress stays really flat for sleeping and hammock keeps this nice swing if you wish to.
You can see trough fom inside the tent but are not really seen from the outside, thanks to mesh material.
It's really great conception overall.
