The instructions are excellent for this pattern. Know that there isn’t a lot of shaping in the body and the length runs shorter than it seems based on the sizing and pattern.

What an excellent pattern for learning sewing techniques. I love it for that. And I think this excellent pattern will make me a useful shirt. The challenge with unisex clothing is that fitting a broad-shouldered bloke is quite different to fitting a woman with hips. Even for an oversized shirt like this. However, I did get excellent fitting help from the Modern Sewing Co via email. Although I do appreciate the skills learnt when sewing up this shirt, next time a true men's pattern might be better. I had to do a fair bit of lengthening and shoulder adjusting and although the results fits comfortably, I think the collar looks too small & dainty somehow.
