Amazingly engineered! I bought a different one from Amazon and it's good but I don't think it's giving the weight resistance specified cause I can actually do a rep at the highest level but this one from lifepro is definitely on point with the weight levels so I get a good muscle pump doing about 100-200 reps per workout (not all at once) and I'm starting at level 5 and going to advance every 30 days

Good technology seems like a good price but if used everyday won’t hold up .

After little use it bent.
