Magnesium+ Lavender

Love this! I apply it to my legs and the bottoms of my feet at night. Any leftover, I put on my neck, including the back of my neck. I sleep very soundly at night.

I can't believe that this actually helped me sleep better. I've tried Magnesium creams & sprays & also spraying Lavender on my pilow before but they never helped. Spraying this combination on the bottoms of my feet is magic!

I absolutely love this new lavender product from Vitality. I spray it to calm my nerves right as tension is building as well as right before going to bed. My cocker spaniel, Barney Fife loves it too. I spray it on his pillow and he wipes his face all over it and gets himself comfy and lays down for bed. I think it works better for him then the pup stuff i have for him from vitality. Thank you!
