I feel like my whole life has been leading me to this knife... OMG: the perfect weight and balance, the razor edge, the impeccable German craftsmanship combined with exquisitely sublime Italian design... I'm completely in love with this knife. It has single-handedly turned me into a Julia Childs-level onion mincing machine...

Functional work of art!

Thought long and hard before ordering this knife, mostly because of the price. However, this knife is a reward for all the many, many meals I have prepared and will probably continue to prepare until I cease to exist. It's a delight to hold and use. I would suggest investing in a knife block that has a clear view of this blade so you can enjoy it even when not using it. There are magnetized knife blocks with a clear plexiglass front.

I bought it as a birthday gift for my daughter. She celebrates the holidays and birthdays inviting our elderly neighbors all year. I m 71 years old, I know she will be using it during her lifetime and eventually passing it down to her daughter. Thank you. Are there any left? My sister is interested in one.
