Love love love my new knifes. I forgot what it was like to slice and dice!! I’ve been sawing for so long. I find myself looking for things in the kitchen to slice up.

We love these knives! They are super sharp, well balanced and look great. They handle well and appear to be high quality.

Quality

I was disappointed to see that the new knives were not of the same quality as my old paring knives that I bought in the early 2000s. The metal part of the new knives does not fully cover the inside of the handle.
