Sharpener for a Honing Steel swap
After not having any luck with the Wusthof hand held sharpener, I returned it. Wusthof’s customer service was very gracious in refunding my purchase with a gift card. My next choice, along with their recommendation, was purchasing a 10” honing steel which I am very pleased with.
