I love everything about this knife. The handle has a good fit for a large hand and easy to control the blade. The thin tapered blade Is excellent for fileting fish to remove bones. I've handled multiple knives in the past that said they were sharp. I've got a lot of experience with knives and mistakenly barely touched the Knife blade and cut my finger Scale 1 to 10 10 plus
