I know my review is a little late😆 but your product was a big hit over the Christmas holidays. I’ve ordered in the past and everyone just loves your pretzels ! And you always ship on time … every time !!

When I realize how long it was gonna take, I was upset. I ordered them and wanted them right when I ordered them. So when I messaged them and they said I would have to wait weeks to get them I was very upset…….. I was an idiot! These things were worth the weight. So delicious! We’ll buy them again and again anytime I see they’re available to buy!

Chocolate is good. But the product overall is poor. The preparation instructions are not accurate, the “pretzel” itself did not have the consistency or taste of a pretzel. We won’t purchase this again. 1 out of 5 stars.
