My Beginning to Better Sleep!

I am an extremely light sleeper and would wake up constantly through out the night and have a hard time staying asleep. This Nightly Sleep Pack is already changing my life. I am calmer and less anxious at bed time and if I wake up in the middle of the night I can easily fall back asleep. I am only a couple of weeks in but I am starting to understand how my sleep should feel.

It took about 2 weeks before I got a full nights sleep. It was not from one day to the next. I am handling interruptions or wake up much better than I did before. Im hopeful I stay on this trajectory. Hopeful that my body continues to respond to the supplements. I had forgotten how good it feels to sleep good.
