Great pack
Very pricy but worth the cost, be aware that duty will be charged if ordering in Canada and shipping is pricy as well.

Great pack!
So far this thing is a beast! I got it for a ski trip and so far in my daily use it has been great! Way more comfortable than the ortavox I used before!

Velcros not sown properly
Just purchased 2 headwall packs for my husband and I.
We used them for a hut trip and after just a few days the stitching for the Velcro of the avy gear pouch came undone on his pack, which made me take a closer look at mine to realize that one side of the Velcro on my pack has no stitches.
Contacted customer service and they accepted that I get a seamstress to correct it here in a Canada and they will cover the cost, so I don’t need to send both packs back. But still it’s a lot of trouble for a new very expensive pack.
All that said we do love the pack. The roll top makes it suitable for a day pack and a multi day pack.
