Love it
Tastes great. Taking it right before I head out on long runs and speed workouts and I do so much better, both physically and mentally. I believe that I am thinking more clearly during those extremely early runs when normally my brain is just on auto. I’m not yet noticing a difference during afternoon nor evening workouts, but that’s to be determined later.
Tried it with just water, with tart cherry juice, and with the leftover electrolytes I had for my hydration vest. It went down easy; not too tart nor too sweet.
Definitely recommended.
