Let’s start with my biased opinion of any cheese that comes from Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. Always above quality. I recently sent a gift package to a friend of mine who was very generous to me. I wanted to send something that would mirror his generosity and also impress him with the quality of the blue cheese from Point Reyes. I added a TomTruffle variety to add another item. He was very impressed with the TomaTruffle , calling me moments after receiving the package to praise the taste and quality. This made me very proud to have sent him and his wife such a special gift. Many times I have been underwhelmed when choosing something I like to send someone as a gift only to find they weren’t as impressed as I was. This was not the case when I sent such quality cheese from Point Reyes. Also, the customer service I received from them was over the moon! Thank you! Chris MAJDECKI

Smooth and delicious.

We like the Toma Rashi better but this is very good.
