I admit, I’m a blue cheese addict so I was extremely excited to give this a try. YUM, YUM and YUM. Incredibly delicious. I’ll be ordering more when I devour the tubs I have. I also make my own blue cheese dressing and I’ll bet this will make a delicious base to get the dressing started. I’m going to try it for sure.
